Friday, March 20th, 2009

7pm - Cable Recital Hall in the Canton Cultural Center, Canton, OH

FREE!  Reservations requiredphone Alex Nicholis at 330.524.7113 for tickets

Funded by ArtsinStark, our Soroptimist club organized this event in conjunction with the blockbuster exhibit, Kimono as Art,

on view now at the Canton Museum of Art.  Visit www.kimonoexhibit.com for exhibit information.

The play was co-authored by Frank Motz and Soroptimist member, Lois DiGiacomo.  The play is written about the life and career of the artist whose work is featured in the Kimono as Art exhibit, Itchiku Kubota.  A special reception will be held at Cable Recital Hall for all Soroptimists attending the play at 6:00pm.  We value your support and hope you are able to join us for this special evening.  Consider staying overnight and viewing the Kimono as Art exhibit on Saturday, March 21st!  Club presidents were mailed packets in November containing directions and information about tickets and accommodations.  For more information about the Canton Cultural Center, visit http://www.cantonculturalcenter.org/CulturalCenter.aspx

For questions or to make reservations, contact Alex Nicholis by phone (330.524.7113) or email (anicholis@massillonmuseum.org).  I hope to see you in March!
